Full Job Description

Company Overview At Skild AI, we are building the world's first general purpose robotic intelligence that is robust and adapts to unseen scenarios without failing. We believe massive scale through data-driven machine learning is the key to unlocking these capabilities for the widespread deployment of robots within society. Our team consists of individuals with varying levels of experience and backgrounds, from new graduates to domain experts. Relevant industry experience is important, but ultimately less so than your demonstrated abilities and attitude. We are looking for passionate individuals who are eager to explore uncharted waters and contribute to our innovative projects. Postion Overview We're looking for a high-agency Program Manager to build and scale data collection and annotation pipelines that power our robotics foundation models. In this role, you'll own end-to-end operations across vendor coordination, data quality, and annotation workflows — working cross-functionally with research and engineering teams to ensure we have the high-quality training data needed to advance the frontier of general-purpose robotics. Responsibilities Drive end-to-end program management for egocentric/UMI/teleops data collection and annotation workflows Coordinate cross-functional execution across operations, 3rd part vendors, tooling, vendors, and annotation teams Set up scalable operational processes, metrics, and execution frameworks in fast-paced startup environments Own timelines, quality, throughput, metrices and operational problem-solving across multiple programs Preferred Qualifications 2–3 years of program management / operations experience in startups or high-growth environments Strong execution, communication, and stakeholder management skills Background from top-tier engineering and MBA institutions in India High ownership mindset with ability to operate in ambiguity and scale complex operations Base Salary Range ₹25—₹35 INR
