This position provides program management and high-level operational support, focusing on implementing and maintaining standardized processes and operational rigor across key activities. Leveraging principles of BD Excellence, the role will coordinate critical executive activities, manage data, and support initiatives aimed at continuous improvement to enhance overall team effectiveness and customer engagement. This role is essential for translating strategic intent into organized, actionable execution within a fast-paced environment. The Ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a willingness to learn and apply structured problem-solving approaches to improve processes and comfortable operating with high learning agility and in ambiguous situations.
