Must Have

PMP certification, 5+ years of experience as a customer-facing Program Manager or Professional Services PM delivering complex, multi-phase technology programs, Proven ability to manage large-scale implementations involving hardware, software, operational workflows, and regulatory/compliance elements, experience developing SOPs, training programs, and operational documentation, Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive presentations, Demonstrated success transitioning customers from vendor-managed to self-operated technology programs, Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and manage multiple work-streams effectively

Nice to Have

Experience with small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (sUAS), dock-based platforms, or remote operations, Background in aviation, physical security, or enterprise safety programs, Familiarity with FAA regulations (Part 107, Part 108, BVLOS) and Safety Management Systems (SMS), Experience working with large retail, supply chain, or enterprise customers

About the Role Skydio is seeking an experienced Program Manager, Commercial Programs to lead the implementation, deployment, and successful transition of our autonomous drone solutions for a major enterprise customer. This customer-facing role sits within our Mission Success organization and is critical to delivering high-impact dock-based UAS programs focused on site security and operational efficiency. You will own end-to-end program execution - from planning and deployment through operational handoff and long-term program stabilization. This is a complex, multi-phase engagement requiring strong coordination across technical, operational, and regulatory work-streams as the customer moves toward an internally operated, enterprise-scale drone program.
