What They're Looking For.

Must Have

4+ years of experience in clinician training, learning & development, or a related enablement role, Demonstrated experience owning end-to-end content production across live, recorded, and self-serve formats, Experience implementing or administering an LMS (learning management system), project management instincts — you can run a monthly cadence, manage competing requests, and keep a module library current without dropping anything, High craft standard for content quality, brand consistency, and clinician-appropriate communication, Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, PMM, Clinical, and Ops stakeholders

Nice to Have

ideally in health tech or clinical education, Familiarity with Epic, Experience with tools like Tight Studio, Loom, or Pitch for video and deck production, Background working in or alongside a Partner Experience or Customer Success org

What You'll Do.

Own and lead the clinician onboarding and end user training programs

Run the monthly training update cadence aligned to Abridge's product release cycle

Develop and refine the onboarding strategy tailored to clinician roles

Triage and respond to incoming training requests

Design and maintain a comprehensive curriculum for clinician training

Ensure content is up-to-date

Own and administer the LMS

Track training effectiveness through feedback loops

Iterate on the training model as Abridge scales

Team & Collaboration

Partner with the Partner Experience team to design scalable, high-touch resourcing models; Coordinate across Clinical Success, Product, PMM, and Implementation; Collaborate cross-functionally with teams like Product, Product Marketing, and Customer Operations; Partner with Implementation teams on LMS onboarding updates
