What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years of trial / project management experience within the pharmaceutical industry / CROs, Thorough understanding of clinical research and clinical trial patient recruitment, Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs with multiple internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and budget oversight, Experience leading client-facing programs, including managing expectations, communicating progress, and serving as a trusted partner to Sponsors and sites, communication and diplomatic skills, with the ability to navigate sensitive situations, balance stakeholder interests, and maintain productive long‑term relationships, A commercial mindset, with the ability to understand commercial drivers, track program financials, and contribute to strategic decision‑making, Basic understanding of how web pages and search engine ads function, A good eye for thinking in processes/operations, Able to prioritize, analyze issues, optimize processes and find / recommend alternative solutions, Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

The aim of our patient recruitment programs is to (1) increase patients’ and physicians’ clinical trial awareness and understanding, (2) pre-screen patients to assess their potential clinical trial eligibility, (3) provide high-quality patient referrals to clinical trial sites and 4) ultimately boost patient enrollment rates.
