What You'll Do.

Provide onsite daily management of the Crisis Center

disciplinary action is completed

Implement onboarding process to ensure staff are trained

Provide staffing coverage to ensure unit is staffed

Prepare and post staff schedule

Ensure utilization of positions assigned in schedule are

Communicate with shift leadership and local leadership

Participate in problem-solving and proposing viable solutions

Provide care to individuals receiving services

Conduct functions that contribute to effectiveness and safety

Ensure environment is conducive to recovery

Maintain physical plant of the crisis center

Complete work orders as needed

Ensure crisis center maintains compliance with DHSR licensure

Complete administrative functions timely and accurately

Work with clients and families

Coordinate or implement skill level activities

Attend and actively participate in meetings and training

Complete documentation in EHR

Demonstrate knowledge of and comply with all agency

Demonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures

Assist in crisis situations

Complete all other relevant responsibilities as assigned

**Scheduled Weekly Hours:** 40 **Schedule** : Monday-Friday (7:00am-4:00pm), with on-call rotation responsibilities and holiday coverage. This role will function as a leader among the Lead Behavioral Technicians and Behavioral Technicians, ensuring frontline processes are efficient and effective, ensuring excellent communication flows freely between leadership and the direct floor staff, and ensuring quality care is provided to the youth served. **What You 'll Do:** * Manage staff, e.g., hire, supervise, onboard, performance, and train, lead and behavioral technician staff.
