Must Have
10+ YoE in program management, 2–3+ years at a US-licensed crypto trading platform, ideally in a ProgM role that led the initial licensing effort (DCM, ATS, broker-dealer, MSB, or equivalent), Fluent working with FCMs, DCOs, custodians, surveillance vendors, and KYC providers, track record delivering complex, multi-vendor projects with hard regulatory deadlines, Excellent written communicator, Comfortable holding senior internal leaders and external partners to their commitments
Nice to Have
5+ if you're deep in US licensing product work, chief-of-staff or founder-adjacent experience at an early-to-mid stage fintech, ProgM background overlapping with SEC/compliance work (Robinhood, Stripe crypto, dYdX, Hyperliquid-type orgs, Coinbase, Kraken, Binance. US http: //Binance. US, etc. )

We're driving toward a DCM license and, on the back of it, launching a regulated venue for spot and futures across a curated set of crypto assets. Parallel workstreams need to land at regulator submission on the same day — and then go live not long after. We're hiring a Senior PM to lead the whole DCM initiative. This person owns the master plan, holds partners and internal leaders to it, and gives execs and the board the unfiltered read on where we actually are. Post-license, you'll coordinate exchange build and rollout across partners, compliance, legal, and business, and grow into exchange operations. This is one of the highest-leverage roles in the company. If you've taken a regulated trading platform from intake to license, this is the seat.
