Full Job Description
Please note this is a fixed term contract of a duration of 12 months The Category Excellence team is seeking a detail-oriented Program Manager, focusing on catalogue operational execution and defect resolution within Amazon Fresh and Perishable Grocery EU's catalogue operations. This role will focus on developing and implementing long-term solutions for catalogue management, creating standardized operating procedures (SOPs), and driving continuous improvement in our catalogue operations. Overall the role will strongly collaborate with senior stakeholders on analyzing and executing strategies aimed at ensuring catalogue effectiveness. Key job responsibilities - Design and implement long-term solutions for catalogue management challenges - Develop and maintain SOPs for catalogue operations - Partner with central teams to influence technical roadmaps and drive automation initiatives - Lead strategic projects to enhance catalogue accuracy and efficiency Defect Management: - Own and resolve catalogue defects that automated systems cannot address - Conduct root cause analysis of catalogue issues - Implement solutions for recurring catalogue problems - Manage and prioritize the catalogue defect backlog Operational Excellence: - Execute day-to-day catalogue operations and maintenance - Collaborate with vendors to resolve listing issues - Support implementation of new catalogue processes - Monitor and report on catalogue health metrics Stakeholder Coordination: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across business units Present regular updates to leadership on catalogue health and improvements Drive cross-functional collaboration between local teams, PMs, and Vulcan POCs About the team The Category Excellence team works to create the ideal value proposition across Amazon Fresh and Perishable Grocery at Amazon.
