The AWS Applied AI Solutions Finance team is seeking a highly effective Program Manager to support our fast-growing and innovation-driven organization. The Program Manager will support a range of cross-functional initiatives across Finance, Data Analytics, and Strategic Planning-while also playing a key role in supporting the CFO and broader Finance leadership. Key job responsibilities AWS-wide Program Leadership - Partner with the Applied AI Finance Leadership Team to manage AWS CFO-lead program(s) with internal stakeholders and external customers - Own executive briefing documents, metric scorecards, and strategic insights for leadership reviews - Coordinate high-visibility deliverables and synthesize business and financial results to support effective decision-making Applied AI Finance Program Management - Drive execution of strategic initiatives across Finance, Data Science, and Analytics, such as forecasting tools, KPI standardization, cost transparency, and automation efforts - Lead cross-functional programs spanning Finance, Product, and Engineering teams, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and expected impact - Track milestones, risks, and dependencies while creating scalable mechanisms to monitor and report program progress - Define project scope, draft business requirements, and support user testing and operational readiness - Collaborate closely with partners across Data Engineering, Sales Operations, and Business Operations to drive process improvements and deliver results.
