Full Job Description
Amazon University Talent Acquisition (AUTA) is seeking an experienced Program Manager to own the strategy and end-to-end execution of the Interviewer Securement Program for corporate university hiring in North America. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role sitting within the Recruiting Operations team, responsible for ensuring Amazon has the right interviewers, in the right place, at the right time — at scale across global hiring seasons. In this role, you will define the multi-year programmatic strategy for interviewer securement, translating business hiring demand into actionable capacity plans and building the mechanisms to deliver against them. You will drive execution across the full program lifecycle — from forecasting interviewer demand and building roster coverage, to managing escalations and closing capacity gaps in real time. Critically, you will serve as a key cross-functional collaborator, partnering closely with Program Managers across AUTA's Demand, Recruiting Operations, and Enablement teams, as well as external partners in TA Tech and business-aligned TA organizations. You will represent AUTA's interviewer securement requirements on the broader technology roadmap, influencing product prioritization and contributing to the design of scalable, automated solutions. This role requires someone who is equally comfortable setting strategic direction with senior stakeholders and rolling up their sleeves to drive operational delivery with precision.
