Must Have
Minimum 8 years of progressive project leadership experience, At least 10 years of experience leading complex solution delivery or consulting engagements, Domain expertise in Annuities, Life Insurance, and/or broader financial services, Proficient in leveraging advanced project and program management methodologies and tools, Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills, Proven ability to lead in fast-paced, matrixed environments
