What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher learning, Three years of experience working in programs and managing grants in a private foundation, academic institution, health care or clinical setting, nonprofit, or government sector
Nice to Have
Academic degrees preferred, but not required, would include those related to community health, public health, public administration, education, and/or social work, Experience in fiscal operations, financial management, providing consultation, program planning and development, policy development, managing grants, research, and public health is preferred, Knowledge of and experience in scientific research, philanthropy, government funding, and/or the nonprofit sector operations, Knowledge of and experience within the Salesforce grants management system, Knowledge of and experience with Smartsheet, Demonstrated competency in conducting research, implementing programs of public health or social services, and best practices policy development in tobacco control, physical activity, and nutrition

Manage a variety of programs
Foster and maintain positive grantee relationships
Facilitate connections with researchers and evaluators
Implement and maintain a grantee reporting process
Stay abreast of research and trends
Conduct post-award and pre-performance meetings
Review and approve program-related strategic maps
Assist with application reviews
