S. in Physics or Engineering, 10+ years in high-technology environments, 5+ years managing complex, multifaceted programs involving advanced or unique technologies, Ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and coordinate across organizational boundaries, Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, MS Project, ERP systems
Nice to Have
M. S. in Physics or Engineering, PMP certification, EVMS experience or certification, Knowledge of infrared focal plane arrays, Knowledge of semiconductor device physics
