Must Have
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field, 5+ years’ experience in program or project management within a technology-driven environment, Practical experience applying both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs involving multiple engineering disciplines and external partners, Fluent professional English (written and spoken)

To support growing demand and increasing program complexity, we are strengthening our Program Management capability to ensure seamless delivery of next-generation wireless solutions. ## Job Summary The Program Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing complex cross-functional development programs across Semtech’s wireless connectivity portfolio. This role ensures strategic product initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards by orchestrating activities across hardware, software, systems engineering, marketing, quality, and operations.
