Essential Duties and Responsibilities * End-to-End Project Ownership: * Drive product vision and strategy in partnership with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with consumer needs and business goals. * Oversee execution across all phases—ideation, planning, development, testing, launch, and iteration—ensuring milestones are met and quality standards upheld. * Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery. * Facilitate regular syncs and working sessions with product, engineering, design, marketing, and operations to maintain alignment and momentum. * Resolve cross-team dependencies and conflicts, enabling smooth collaboration and timely decision-making. * Program Planning & Execution: Develop and manage detailed plans to guide program success. * Create and maintain
