Exceptional knowledge in project planning and management/supervision Good command of spoken and written in English. * Project management software skills. * Open mind, good interpersonal communication skills and presentation skills. Working experience in the plastic. industry is preferred. **What you will do:** * Establish and clarify product and program objectives and ensure that the development team has the guidance and resources necessary to succeed. * Track and manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk and communicate status and drive development teams to achieve project goals. * Coordinates the readiness of all functions throughout the product development process. * Build project schedule, identify task sequence, duration, and resource to perform each task, monitoring and update project progress, manage changes to the schedule baseline to achieve the plan. * Lead cross-functional teams to deliver products to market on vision, on schedule, and within financial targets Working with PE, Sourcing and Marketing to build product cost, investment plan and financial performance, monitor/control cost over life of project. * Ensure project meet product quality standard, monitor those stan
