What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, 5 years’ experience in Project Management, Understanding and experience with automation in manufacturing industry, Understanding of lean and continuous improvement practices, Understanding of injection molding, tooling, materials, processing
Nice to Have
Clear and well organized oral and written communication, Be able to motivate others to a common goal, computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
What You'll Do.
Validate product tooling and automation design
Support products and equipment design modifications
Create and execute project work plans
Manage daily operational aspects
Review team deliverables
Apply current methodology
Partner with Quality department
Manage project budget
Analyze project profitability
Identify business development opportunities
Hold regular status meetings
Provide technical knowledge
Lead cross functional teams
Estimate or revise costs
Acquire equipment prices
Communicate effectively with clients
Adhere to company safety policies
