What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree (or bachelor’s equivalency) in Engineering or related field or combination of equivalent education and work experience, Ability to apply academic and other engineering principles in the development of automotive components, Must demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills, viable concept development, Proficient in statistical methods (i. e. APQP, DFSS), Must be able to apply academic principles, utilize math-based tools, Knowledge of government and OEM specifications in area of expertise, organizational skills, ability to successfully coordinate and complete multiple tasks within and across departments to meet established and changing deadlines, communication skills: verbal, written, and technical presentations, Demonstrated successful performance with independent problem solving, presentations, leadership, Proficient with word processing, spreadsheet and database applications, Proficient with engineering design process, material and/or part inventory tracking, developing timelines, tracking costs, monitoring budgets, managing databases, Must be able to read drawings, Competency in CAD, GD&T

Five (5) years preferred diversified engineering experience or equivalent as deemed by the Director of Program Management
What You'll Do.
Facilitator for development of the product
Plans and directs all activities relating to the Product Delivery Process
Promotes coordination and communication of program team
Conducts all program-specific reviews
Responsible for less complex programs
Leads the program team
Manages the product program proactively
Identifies and communicates barriers
Develops and implements recovery plans
Interfaces with required functional disciplines
Assures appropriate program planning
Implements the Product Delivery Process
Assures completion of all deliverables
Conducts all phase and gate reviews
Creates master program timing
Facilitates and maintains communications with the customer
Responsible for creating and maintaining program management standard working files
Supports Internal / External efforts regarding ISO 9001: 2015
IATF 16949 Certification
Supports the requirements as detailed in Standard Operating Procedure 8000
Ensure employees work in the manner consistent with the organizations established objectives and targets
Establish clear goals for workplace health and safety
