Recognized globally as an innovator in all aspects of vehicle exteriors, Magna provides everything needed, from materials development and design through manufacturing and assembly, to help automakers create sleek, state-of-the-art vehicles across the world. **Job Responsibilities:** **QUALIFICATIONS NECESSARY TO DO THE JOB:** * Immediate, open position * 1 year contract * $90,000 - $125,000 annual compensation * Completion of university degree in engineering or a related field required * 3-5 years of related experience managing programs in a production/manufacturing environment required * Previous experience with GD&T required * Strong moulding process knowledge (RIM, TPO, EPP) an asset * Knowledge of tool construction is an asset * Ability to read part drawings * Excellent verbal and written communication skills required * Self-starter and willing to take on new challenges * Effective organization skills and ability to manage a heavy workload * Problem solving and decision-making skills to deal with issues as they arise * Negotiation/persuasion skills * Ability to handle difficult situations professionally * Regular travel
