Own end-to-end project execution

Ensure go-live readiness
Build and maintain detailed project plans
Maintain delivery schedule

Own programme financials
Manage weekly resource planning
Manage accurate forecast submissions
Track resource utilisation

Support programme estimation
Prepare statements of work
Lead and mentor Solutions Engineers
Set delivery standards

Drive adoption of AI tools
Achieve measurable gains in delivery speed and quality
Proactively surface risks and blockers
