ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a Program Manager to join our team supporting the Los Alamos National Laboratory! This position is full-time and will be based out of Los Alamos, New Mexico. Responsibilities. - Provide leadership and overall management of assigned technical and/or operational programs and portfolios. - Serve as the primary liaison between customers, researchers, and project teams to define work scope, schedules, funding requirements, and program objectives. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support ongoing programs and identify new opportunities. - Manage complex, multi-year programs that evolve to meet changing customer needs and organizational priorities. - Define program scope, schedules, budgets, priorities, deliverables, and performance milestones. - Develop and maintain cost, scope, and schedule baselines while monitoring program performance. - Track and report cost and schedule variances and implement corrective actions when necessary. - Lead change management and risk management activities to ensure successful program execution. - Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, organizational policies, and operational standards. - Collaborate with personnel at all organizational levels to build trust, achieve consensus, and resolve conflicts. - Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and program updates to stakeholders, leadership, and customers. - Identify opportunities to expand program capabilities and support evolving organizational missions and customer requirements. Requirements - Education & Years of Experience – Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years of relevant experience; additional, relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. - Citizenship – To be considered, you must be a United States (U.S.) citizen due to the federal nature of the work. - Clearance – To be considered, you must be able to obtain and maintain a government issued clearance, if needed. - Advanc
