What You'll Achieve.
modernize, secure, and strengthen the enterprise network; advancing VA’s Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) services; ensuring secure, resilient, and compliant enterprise identity services at scale; enhance the experience and security of the Veteran community; ensure requirements are met or exceeded; increase program revenue and direct labor
Industry & Context.
Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance, Ability to support major incident escalations in a 24x7 environment, 10-25% Travel Required
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline, 5+ years of related experience, Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance, Demonstrated experience managing P&L of at least $50M annually, Experience in network/telecom operations, engineering, or enterprise program delivery, Expertise in managing large-scale ICAM architecture, engineering, design, and implementation efforts, Knowledge of FICAM Enterprise Architecture and FICAM Roadmap and Implementation Guidance v2. 0, Experience with ICAM technologies such as Saviynt, SailPoint, Microsoft IAM, Oracle, and credentialing/access services, Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across multi-vendor environments, Ability to support major incident escalations in a 24x7 environment as needed

Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
What You'll Do.

Build and sustain a positive program culture
Ensure GDIT internal requirements are completed
Partner with Site Leads and Government Directors
Engage with COR and government representatives
Oversee full lifecycle management of ICAM systems
Direct engineering support activities
Lead implementation of Zero Trust capabilities
and mitigate program issues
Support growth objectives by developing new business opportunities
Ensure compliance with federal policies
and industry best practices
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner with ICAM Site Leads, Government Directors, and stakeholders; Engage daily with the COR and government represent GDIT at program forums; Drive participation across all teams; Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across multi-vendor environments
