5–7 years of program management experience, Experience managing different types of programs using blended waterfall and agile approaches, Proven ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders and deliverables, Experience presenting to Executive leadership, facilitation and communication skills, capable of influencing without authority, Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution, Ability to provide clarity amidst ambiguity, Experience implementing governance, structure, and reporting in less mature organizations, A collaborative mindset, thriving in team-based environments where accountability and trust are key
