In this role, you will be In-charge of guiding a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services and will hold up development and implementation of a project, pricing and program strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers. **Responsibilities:** * Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets. * In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results. * Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required. * Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics. * Reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program. * Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel. * Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities. * Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues. * In charge of customer´s satisfaction reviews and corrective actions. * Maintain current and develop additional business with customers. * Monitor and track that
