Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience, minimum of 5 years’ experience in program administration/ management or related area, advanced operations, technical and people and/or process skills, customer (external and internal) relationship skills, knowledge of multiple functional technologies/ processes, industries or functions, understanding of interdependencies of such processes at the site, Accountability for the program wellness
