Role Overview: The Program Manager serves as the Contractor's primary point of contact and provides overall leadership, governance, and strategic direction for the Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) modernization effort. The Program Manager is responsible for successfully delivering AWS cloud platform services, Databricks E2 modernization, AI enabled automation initiatives, platform engineering, operations and maintenance activities, cybersecurity compliance, tenant onboarding, and continuous service improvement. The Program Manager ensures alignment with IRS modernization priorities while delivering secure, scalable, resilient, and cost effective platform capabilities.
