Must Have

At least 3 years of experience in Customer Service (Preferably, KAM or Similar Position), Experience in Leasing (Preferably of Vehicles), Experience in control of multifunctional projects, Driving of light vehicles

definition and resolution of operational strategy for the client

operational KPI & SLA reporting

On Demand Reports according to need and account metrics (KPI'S)

Periodic reports of gasoline consumption

Semi-annual and annual financial planning to generate purchase orders

Accident report for repair control

payment and deductible control and maintenance of indicators. KPI Cost and accident rate

Verification and follow-up of the budget for maintenance expenses

Inventory control in internal platforms and client administration platforms

Supervision of the sending of billing details by company name to ensure payment to Element

Review and clarification of invoices

Monthly communication to users regarding operational processes with Element: Unit renewal

Provide support for escalations received and advice to users about operational processes with Element: Purchases

Program Manager es parte de un equipo multifuncional basado en las Instalaciones del Cliente, responsable de la definición y resolución de la estrategia operativa para el cliente, asimismo será responsable del reporteo de KPI’s & SLA’s operativos. Program Manager es un pensador creativo con capacidad analítica que sabe coordinar las actividades de un equipo multifuncional para lograr que los proyectos, procesos y/o productos se entreguen en tiempo, dentro de presupuesto y con la calidad requerida siempre comunicando efectivamente para garantizar su visibilidad * Reportes on Demand de acuerdo con la necesidad y métricos de la cuenta (KPI´S) * Reportes periódicos de consumo de gasolina * Planeación financiera semestral y anual para generar órdenes de compra * Reporte de siniestralidad para control de reparaciones, pago y control de deducibles y mantener los indicadores. KPI Costo y siniestralidad * Verificación y seguimiento del presupuesto para gasto de mantenimiento. * Control de inventario en plataformas internas y plataformas de administración del cliente * Supervisión del envió del detalle de facturación por razón social para asegurar el pago a Element * Revisión y aclaración de facturas * Comunicación mensual para usuarios respecto a los procesos operativos con Element: Renovación de unidades, Devolución de unidades, Mantenimiento, entre otros. * Brindar soporte a las escalaciones recibidas y asesoría a usuarios acerca de los procesos operativos con Element: Compras, Mantenimiento, Siniestros, entre otros. **-Educación y Experiencia** * Licenciatura, preferentemente en Admin. de Empresas, Industria de la hospitali
