Full Job Description

All hired employees are expected to have experience with Microsoft Copilot and / or an approved equivalent AI solution. The Program Manager serves as the single point of contact (POC) to the Government Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and senior leadership, responsible for overall performance, execution, and delivery of all task order requirements. This role provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and governance across all functional areas, ensuring delivery of integrated, high-quality, secure, and compliant enterprise IT services aligned with CISA’s mission.
