12 years managerial experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies, Current Top Secret clearance and SCI eligible, Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification

Nice to Have

at least 5 years at the operational level of warfare experience, Experience in special operations intelligence disciplines, significant knowledge of special operations

The program will support US Special Operations Command (SOCOM) at MacDill AFB in Tampa, Florida. *This position is contingent upon contract award* *This position requires a TS/SCI Clearance* Responsibilities: Maintain complete oversight and administrative control over the entire contract workforce, ensuring all personnel are performing in accordance with contract requirements, performance standards, and mission objectives. Serve as the senior-level liaison between the Contractor and the Government, working directly with the Contracting Officer, COR/ACOR, and TTMs to ensure all contractual requirements are being met within the terms and conditions of the contract. Actively participate in specified meetings, briefings, conferences, seminars, progress reviews, and other functions and events as deemed appropriate by the COR/ACOR. Provide management, technical, cost, and schedule information to the Contracting Officer, COR/ACOR, and TTMs during meetings, reviews, and other engagements as required. Offer advice and assistance to Government stakeholders on contractual, technical, and programmatic matters to support informed decision-making and ensure successful contract execution.
