Full Job Description
Are you highly motivated, hard-working, and seeking to join a growth-focused consulting Master’s degree preferred. Minimum 10+ years of experience in environmental/remediation consulting with progressive responsibility in technical leadership, project management, client management, business development, and staff mentorship. Strong experience supporting manufacturing, utility, municipal (including landfill), oil & gas, and industrial clients. California PE license required. Demonstrated success generating new business, expanding client relationships, and leading strategic growth initiatives. Proven project management experience overseeing large, complex environmental projects and multidisciplinary teams. Strong network within the Northern California environmental consulting market is highly preferred. Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing technical staff. Excellent technical writing, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead teams in a fast-paced consulting environment. Strong safety mindset and understanding of safe work practices. Valid driver’s license required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
