Must Have

3+ years of relevant experience, FAA or DoD aviation supply parts experience, Ability to obtain maintain US Secret Security Clearance, United States Citizenship

What You'll Do.

Provide direction and leadership to operation and site assigned personnel

Prepare and submit site labor/non-labor budgets

Forecast estimated costs and control

Coordinate range scheduling with government representatives

Oversee scheduling of work assignment and workloads

Oversee the entire flow of goods from ordering

Identify issues and adapt program plans

Develop and manage the program budget

Address contractual and technical programmatic issues

Prepare modifications and negotiate changes

Track performance metrics

Develop report formats and prepare reports

Facilitate regular meetings and updates with stakeholders

Ensure program compliance with regulations

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies

Ensure success in meeting key performance indicators

Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Act as the primary point of contact for all program-related inquiries

Identify opportunities for process improvements

Lead initiatives aimed at optimizing program performance

Perform other duties as assigned
