Bachelor's degree, 6+ years Accounts Receivable experience, 6+ years process improvements with automation, 6+ years identifying, leading, executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes, 6+ years applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses, 6+ years building financial and operational reports/data sets, Six Sigma Black Belt
Nice to Have
Master's in Business Administration (MBA), Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, Demonstrated Project Management experience in Finance Operations, Prior experience in multinational organizations, Experience with complex problem-solving using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies, 6+ years participating in continuous improvement projects, Experience as a lean sensei, Experience with large-scale data mining and reporting tools, Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence

Lead global integration initiatives
Own implementation of new businesses and subsidiaries onto
Ensure scalable and standardized approaches across geographies
Design and translate business requirements into functional solutions

Create comprehensive process documentation
