What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree, Ten (10) years of project management experience with five (5) years involving Federal Government programs., Active Secret clearance required, Demonstrated ability to lead and direct challenging projects and execute assignments independently within the scope of the contract., Demonstrated experience providing administrative oversight, corporate management and ability to provide overall technical, schedule, and cost direction.
Nice to Have
TS/SCI preferred, Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or comparable program management/process improvement certifications are highly desirable but not required., Experience leveraging data analytics, automation, Artificial Intelligence (AI)-enabled tools, or advanced scheduling and reporting environments to improve program execution visibility, schedule forecasting, or resource management is highly desirable.
