What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, Minimum of six (6) years of experience in program or operations management supporting government or commercial contracts, Experience developing, implementing, and executing plans for contract management, contract administration, security, training, and quality assurance, Experience providing regulatory compliance oversight and approval of contract-related expenses, Experience planning, directing, and coordinating the work activities of personnel involved in all aspects of contract execution, Minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated supervisory experience planning, developing, and executing research and development efforts for defense organizations, Ability to integrate problem resolution into ongoing operations without loss of fiscal integrity or workforce efficiency, Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance
Nice to Have
Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) or DARPA programs, Experience supporting research and development initiatives within advanced technology or national security environments, organizational, leadership, and communication skills, Experience briefing government and contractor leadership teams, Familiarity with program financial management, staffing oversight, and contract performance metrics
