What They're Looking For.
Must Have
SEVEN (7)+ years' of experience as a Program Manager, SEVEN (7)+ years' of experience in a financial management discipline, Prior experience leading teams in business or finance related disciplines within he federal government, Active PMP, or equivalent PM certification
Nice to Have
TEN (10)+ years' experience leading teams within the IC and familiarity with IC budget, systems, and governance, Experience and success with business growth

**_Job Family_ :** Operational Effectiveness ** _Travel Required_ :** Up to 10% **_Clearance Required_ :** Active Top Secret SCI with Polygraph ** _What You Will Do_ :** * Lead teams and growth within Guidehouse's Defense and Security Segment with a specific focus on our IC clients * Have on the ground presences and leadership over teams delivering program management, financial management, and operational effectiveness support to our clients * Responsibility for outcome based performance of your teams and exceptional contract delivery * Ability to coordinate with colleagues to have an impactful and positive effective on business operations and growth * Manage client and team relationships through accountable project and contract management * Develop and mentor more junior staff ** _What You Will Need_ :** * An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph * Bachelor's degree * SEVEN (7)+ years' of experience as a Program Manager * SEVEN (7)+ years' of experience in a financial management discipline * Prior experience leading teams in business or finance related disciplines within he federal government * Active PMP, or equivalent PM certification ** _What Would Be Nice To Have_ :** * TEN (10)+ years' experience leading teams within the IC and familiarity with IC budget, systems, and governance * Experience and success with business growth The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00.
