Full Job Description
As a Program Manager – Integrations, you will play a crucial role in Amazon Shipping India's growth. You will own and streamline the end-to-end integrations journey for our shipping partners, reduce integration timelines, and serve as the first point of contact for customers onboarding onto the Amazon Shipping platform. This position involves working cross-functionally with tech, business, and operations teams to remove bottlenecks, drive process improvements, and ensure a world-class onboarding experience for our shippers. What You'll Do: - Own and manage the integrations pipeline, driving a reduction in onboarding timelines. - Act as the primary point of contact for customers during their integration and onboarding journey. - Collaborate with internal tech and product teams to identify and resolve integration blockers. - Build scalable processes and playbooks to support growing integration volumes. - Track and report on key integration metrics, surfacing insights to leadership. - Champion the voice of the customer internally to continuously improve the integrations experience. Who You Are: - Past expereince in client-facing or customer-success role. - Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with integrations, APIs, or technical onboarding. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. - Analytical mindset with a bias for action and ownership.
