The main focus of this role will be driving internal AI initiatives that help Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps move faster and operate more intelligently. The GTM organization is accelerating its AI transformation to improve operational leverage, scale efficiently, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role partners closely with GTM leadership, Business Systems, Data teams, and AI Engineering to define the AI roadmap, test emerging solutions, and turn insights into operational wins. You'll blend program management excellence with hands-on experimentation, building no-code AI prototypes while also scoping complex implementations with engineering teams.
