We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join the JP Marketplace Trust (MPT) team within the JP 3P Seller Services Organization, focused on abuse prevention and financial risk reduction for the Japan marketplace. Key job responsibilities * Own and drive the goal of reducing bad debt per 3P GMS for JP, developing strategies, mechanisms, and metrics to measure progress * Partner with global teams including Financial Risk Management (FRM), policy teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders to monitor and address abuse patterns specific to the JP marketplace * Detect, analyze, and respond to new modus operandi (abuse methods) by bad actors, proactively identifying emerging threats before they scale * Set up and lead multiple programs to strengthen abuse prevention controls, from detection through enforcement * Develop and introduce processes, policies, and mechanisms that reduce financial exposure while maintaining a healthy seller ecosystem * Dive deep into data and abuse patterns to surface insights, identify roo
