Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our India 3P Carrier Management team, driving excellence in our high-volume line of business through strategic carrier partnerships. In this role, you will serve as the primary engagement lead with our key carriers, managing end-to-end delivery operations to ensure exceptional customer experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing forward leg delivery performance, maintaining high reliability standards and quality benchmarks that meet customer expectations. You will also oversee return leg pickup operations, ensuring seamless return experiences that build customer trust and satisfaction. A critical aspect of this role involves influencing carrier partners to continuously improve delivery speed while maintaining service quality. This position requires a strategic mindset to identify and implement operational interventions that reduce costs and minimize losses across the network. You will play a vital role in managing network health, including comprehensive holiday and contingency planning, to ensure consistent customer experience throughout the year regardless of seasonal fluctuations or unexpected challenges. The ideal candidate will combine operational excellence with strong relationship management skills, data-driven decision making, and the ability to drive performance improvements across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Basic Qualifications: - 2+ years of program or project management experience - 2+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - 2+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience - Bachelor's degree - Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL Preferred Qualifications: - 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience - 3+ years of driving process improvements experience - Exp
