Bachelor's Degree and 10 years experience, Master's degree and 8 years experience, 7 years functional/technical leadership, Active Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI Access, Customer and stakeholder relationship management, Presentation/briefing development experience, Organization and execution of tasks/projects, Problem solving skills, Supporting U.S. Government proposal activities
Nice to Have
Knowledge of the Army, Experience delivering products on Army programs, Strategic vision for JIRA utilization, Effective collaborator, communicator, problem solver, Experience developing diverse and inclusive teams, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Broad skill set: interpersonal, business, technical, Understanding of software technologies/principles/systems engineering, Experience building high performing teams, Facilitating conflict resolution
