What You'll Do.
Manage one or more highly complex and enterprise-wide Voice/UC services program(s) consisting of multiple projects.
Develop program strategy
supporting business case and various enterprise-wide high-level and detailed-level project plans.
Ensure integration of projects and adjust project scope
and budgets as needed.
Communicate with business leadership
engineering leadership and stakeholder group leadership.
Deliver projects in the portfolio on time
within budget and meeting strategic and business requirements.
Lead E2E team through regular calls
Understand program scope as defined by business requirements and budget process.
Participate in key planning milestones and act as a guide for the core program team.
Identify and obtain participation from required cross-functional core team members.
Create program plans and maintain program record.
Identify and schedule all work required to fulfill program scope
including identification and management of critical path.
Assist in the development and implementation of key goals
objectives and success criteria for the program.
Ensure proper documentation.
Support the budget and resource forecasting exercise.
Identify and analyze risks and issues.
Track and manage the program schedule and task details.
Analyze actual performance against the plan and make adjustments.
Assist in action item resolution and track completion.
Ensure program milestones are accomplished and overall timelines are met.
Document all major plan changes in scope
approach and date delivery.
Communicate updates on major milestones and keep all stakeholders informed of progress and issues.
Manage proposed changes to program parameters and ensure appropriate processes and communications are followed.
Monitor and ensure quality of program deliverables.
Develop and monitor deployment schedule
strategies and tools to support implementation in the field.
Work nights and weekends
variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
