What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree and 15 years’ experience supporting Aerospace or Government OR a Master’s degree and 12 years of relevant experience, 10 years program management experience with liquid propulsion launch vehicles and/or missile programs, Prior leadership experience, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Ability to travel up to 25%, primarily to Chandler, AZ, U. S. Citizenship is required
Nice to Have
Program management experience in a subcontractor role, Program management experience with large aerospace contracts
What You'll Do.
quality and technical performance
Ensuring reporting of program performance
Leading and directing a cross-functional support team
Overseeing baseline change implementation
Identifying and status program technical and financial Risk and Opportunities
Ensuring Firefly execution per agreements and contracts
Developing both NG and Firefly relationships
Delivering presentations to customers
Participating in the negotiation of development agreements
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with the Antares/Eclipse Program Director; Collaborate with NGLS Antares/Eclipse Program Manager; Draw upon the Northrop Grumman cross-functional organization; Manage the Firefly and NG relationship
Communication Scope
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Delivering presentations to customers, executive management and other program stakeholders
Process & Methodology
Program management, Cost management, Schedule management, Quality management, Technical performance management, Risk management, Opportunity management, Baseline change implementation
