What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in technical program management, organizational advising, or operational restructuring, Experience with process improvement or strategic planning, Experience mentoring personnel, resolving conflicts, and motivating teams through organizational change, Experience with MS Office Suite, Ability to manage and prioritize workload with minimal supervision, Ability to communicate straightforward, articulately, and assertively to manage difficult conversations up and down the chain of command, Secret clearance, Bachelor's degree
Nice to Have
Experience supporting S&T programs, Experience navigating the DoD PPBE process, including developing POM submissions, Experience working within a team environment, quickly diagnosing dynamics, and successfully discussing corrective action plans with the client for buy-in, Experience using Microsoft Project, Experience using Visio, Experience using Tableau, Knowledge of DoD technology development, Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Possession of verbal and written communications skills, Top Secret clearance, Project Management Professional (PMP) or Prosci Certified Change Manager Certification
