The program is: • Integrated with multiple banks • Used by a large and diverse base of Mastercard cardholders • Built in cooperation with a broad network of partner merchants • Designed to directly support banks’ growth, usage, and engagement KPIs by combining everyday payments with appealing rewards and offers, Bezcenne Chwile helps banks and fintechs strengthen customer relationships and differentiate their products in the market. About the Team: You will join the Program Management team, responsible for shaping how customers experience the program and how partners use it to achieve their business goals. The team works closely with banks, fintechs, merchants, and internal Mastercard teams to continuously improve customer engagement, program attractiveness, and overall value.
