Experience with the DoD, Experience with performing or supporting project controls, planning, scheduling, budget management, cost estimation, or risk management, Experience with developing and modifying Excel spreadsheets, project scope documents, project timetables, and test plans, Ability to provide out briefs on tasks and projects to keep clients informed of key issues and changes that may impact expected project results, Certification in CAPM, PMP, or other Program Management Certifications
