Must Have

Five years of combined national and international experience in the fields of planning, project management, monitoring and evaluation, including experience in strategy formulation and strategic resource allocation., Fluency in Spanish or English with a working knowledge of the other language., Demonstrated ability to effectively use current technology and software, as well as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)., Other IT skills and knowledge of software programs such as Microsoft Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Word are considered essential.

Nice to Have

The Pan American Health Organization (PAHO), Regional Office for the Americas of the World Health Organization (WHO), is seeking an energetic, results-driven and service-oriented Program Management & Partnership Specialist to support strategic planning, resource coordination, and performance monitoring efforts that strengthen country-focused technical cooperation and organizational impact.
