What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree required (Engineering), Minimum 5-7 years work-related experience required in a supervisory/management role, Minimum +3 years project management experience or related discipline, Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills required

Nice to Have

Experience in medical device or similar regulated industries preferable, PMP certification (Project Management Professional)

What You'll Do.

lead and manage a team of project managers

plan and execute programs that design and develop medical device products

manage the European Healthcare E&T PM organization for Europe

efficiently leverage the resources through coordinated planning

and alignment of cross-functional teams

ensure the proper documentation

launching and customer satisfaction as per established and agreed targets

governance of project portfolio

and manage a team that has responsibility for design and development programs

Align the project team to customer needs by establishing milestones

refine and maintain clarity on roles & responsibilities

Drive well defined processes and methodologies

and scope of E&T projects

Work within the defined standards and procedures

Instil regular and consistent communication

Identify potential risks and make resolution suggestion through the escalation process

Open and regular communication of priorities and status of projects

Manage weekly project reviews

forecasting functional area budget (when applicable) and staffing needs

deploying strategies and tools

reporting site PM performance

Comply and follow all procedures within the company policies

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

work cross-functionally; Collaborate with customer (internal or external); alignment of cross-functional teams; input from all functional areas and stakeholders within the project; Define, refine and maintain clarity on roles & responsibilities for the team and business partners; Instil regular and consistent communication between the program team, the business unit, and the customer; Open and regular communication of priorities and status of projects with Operations Management and site leadership; Work with local Project Managers and/or Global Project Management Office

Project Management Professional (PMP), governance of project portfolio, project start and closure, establishing milestones, goals, and objectives, delivering successful projects on schedule and within budget, project reviews, project management experience
