What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field, Minimum 10 years of experience in program/project management, at least 3 years in a leadership role managing Program Managers or project teams, business acumen, strategic thinking skills, Experience developing and improving program management processes and tools, Experience managing direct reports, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products, program management tools, Experience generating responses to RFIs and RFQ/RFPs, Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance, U. S. Citizenship required
Nice to Have
PMP certified, Experience managing programs through the EMD/qualification phase of a DoD/DoW program, Demonstrated experience in vendor or subcontractor management, Experience in managing DCAA/DCMA audits of FAR-compliant product pricing
What You'll Do.
Lead Program Management Office (PMO)
Manage team of Program Managers
Oversee full lifecycle of RF-based products
Establish and optimize PMO processes
Ensure successful program execution
Provide direct support and collaboration
and develop Program Managers
Collaborate with Product
and Division leadership
Hold and oversee Program Management Reviews
and improve PMO processes
Communicate issues and risks
Oversee program performance
Coordinate proposal development
Support Program Managers in pricing
Guide Program Managers in creating ROMs
Serve as primary escalation point
Build and maintain relationships
Establish and monitor program milestones
Identify and resolve program problems
Oversee resource allocation
Deconflict shared resources
Ensure effective stakeholder communication
Support business development
Position organization as preferred partner
Lead by example in program management excellence

Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Production, and Division leadership; Build and maintain relationships with government program offices, public sector customers, and internal stakeholders; Ensure effective stakeholder communication and management at all levels; cross-functional collaboration
