If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary. ## Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **PM** located in **S****henzhen****.** Reporting to the **Senior Manager, Program Management** , the**PM****’****s** role involves managing projects of medium complexity in order to meet the performance indicators (time, cost, delivery, quality, etc) of a specific organization for NPI (New Product Introduction), Production Sustaining, Production Transfer or Product Phase Out. **What a typical day looks like:** * Define the scope, budget and schedule baselines for the Industrialization activities, based on customer/design project schedule. * Communicate design project requirements, scope, schedule and budget constraints to cross-functional industrialization teams * Work with the key internal stakeholders to coordinate activities, team and resolve issues in order to hold up the project scope, budget and schedule. * Track & manage project expenses against project budget. * Communicate project status, including financial status, to the project steering team on a regular basis, and resolve issues as needed. * Manage change control, developing new project baselines for approved changes, and communicating new baselines to the project team. * Hold up key stakeholders in technical discussions with involved teams, including R&D, and operations teams. * Guide the project in accordance with the Flex Product Life Cycle (FPLC) processes. * Participation in management gate reviews to represent industrialization status & ris
