What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of experience managing large client-facing projects in a professional services or consulting environment, Bachelor in business or operational management, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar, Proven experience in delivering product-based software solutions to large enterprises where you have led complex, cross-functional programs with distributed teams, Experience in creating and using AI agents to accelerate work and processes, client presence with the ability to influence stakeholders and operate as a trusted advisor, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, coupled with a proactive approach to risk identification and mitigation, A pragmatic, outcome-driven mindset - you focus on delivering value, not just managing tasks, Comfortable working in fast-paced environments where requirements and solutions are iteratively defined and refined alongside delivery
Nice to Have
Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, Experience with Kubernetes, OpenStack, and hybrid cloud infrastructure, Familiarity with modern delivery tools and agile methodologies, Familiarity with concepts such as LLMs, data pipelines, model lifecycle, or experimentation workflows
